DO WE DELIVER?

We deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays to Pretoria &

Monday, Wednesday, Friday to Johannesburg

N.B. Orders MUST be R500.00 or more to qualify for delivery.

IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE?

Delivery charge is an additional R65.00 – R95.00 ex VAT (area dependent)

HOW DO I COLLECT MY ORDER? 

PLEASE ARRANGE YOUR OWN COURIER as we do not offer a courier service.

Allow for at least three hours to collect after your order has been processed.

Please ensure the name on your invoice matches the name given to couriers to avoid any inconvenience. Exchanges and returns: All claims must be made within 14 days of purchase (this limit does not pertain to orders going over the border) 

HOW DO CUSTOM ORDERS WORK?

ETAs will be provided for all custom orders. Payment MUST reflect in our bank account before the collection / delivery of goods may be organized. Please allow three hours after payment has been received before collection.
