Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Hayford Traders will accept a return of goods if:
TEXTILES:
1) The goods have not been cut into pieces.
2) The goods were not part of a custom order.
ACCESSORIES:
1) Plastic or metal fittings may be returned if goods are in the same condition as when they were sold.
2) Ropes, cords, and zip chains may not be returned unless in its original plastic packaging and only full rolls will be accepted. If the customer has cut any length off the roll, we will not accept the return.
Claims:
The process for a claim is as follows:
1) The customer will return the goods for inspection at their cost.
2) Goods will be inspected by management or tested by the factory, depending on the nature of the claim.
3) If goods are found to be faulty, Hayford management will discuss appropriate compensation with the customer.
4) If the claim is false, the customer will be advised by management.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will then be required to send an email to orders@hayfordtraders.co.za with your full company name as well as proof of banking details for your refund to be processed.
Please allow for 5 working days for refunds to be processed.
OFFCUTS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Offcut items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@hayfordtraders.co.za and send your item to:

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should courier your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
