Dual Duty has a polyester core and a cotton outer. This allows the thread to swell during rainfall which enables it to seal the seams. The number IE: 36, 20, relates to the thickness of the thread. The lower the number, the thicker the thread.Dual Duty is a local brand name, it is the same quality as Terko Satin as per below information brochure.
